AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS IN YOUR FOLDER YOU WILL FIND

• 2016 Regional Championships Registration Form

• 2016 JO National Club Entry Form

PROCEDURES

Step 1 - Cross out non qualifying athletes on the 2016 Regional Championship Registration Form

Step 2 - Bring to the SCMGA Table and have a Board Member confirm Registration

Step 3 - Finish filling out check and Submit to Board Member

ENTRY FEES

$125 per Athlete

$25 per Tech Sequence
